This is the wiki for Kim Gregson's classes at Ithaca College. Each class has a subsection built by me and my students over the semester. It will give us a chance to share research results and resources we find useful.

Why a Wiki?

In most of my classes we are in the knowledge construction (not the knowledge transmission) business. Students do research, write blogs, collect data, write research reports, create media spending plans, and generally bring together a lot of resources to better understand the course materials. A wiki is a place where they can share the knowledge they create, share the resources they find, and hopefully gain some experience with new tools for knowledge creation. In each class we will have some assignments where the students share their results on the wiki.
